Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will process the charges and submit the order for shipment within 3 business days.
Order Shipment:
Once your order leaves the warehouse, delivery may take between 3-10 days to reach your location. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@overlandmonk.com.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
Processing
The processing time begins from the date you place your order. It usually takes 1-3 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can ship it.

Please note:
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations. This is outside our control. Regular service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
Tracking Your Order
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 4 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@overlandmonk.com.
Note for taxes:
Our customers from Wyoming need to pay for importing fees, duties, or VAT(Valued Additional Tax).
Change your address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at sales@overlandmonk.com or Call Us at +1 888-997- 4362. Please note we process and dispatch orders within one business day of your order being placed.
Cancellations
All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been dispatched.
Unexpected Delays
The delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG (and outside of our advised 2-8 business day delivery time frame) to arrive, we will help you resolve any situation we have control over!
Parcel damaged in transit:
If you find a parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without your presence, please contact customer service with the next steps.
